We have developed automated systems to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery to you. Because of this, we cannot make any changes once an order has been submitted to us.
This includes:
- retroactively applying discounts
- address changes
- item changes
- etc.

Addresses cannot be updated or changed after the order has been submitted.

All changes to subscription orders (flavor change, cancellation, etc.) must be made at least three days before the order processing date.
