How do I exchange a product?
We're so sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied with one of our products. We offer exchanges up to 30 days after purchase.
Please contact our support team with your name, order number, the item you did not enjoy, and the item you would like to try instead. We will do our very best to assist you.
If you did not purchase your product from our website, you may inquire with the retailer or online store where you purchased from, including Amazon, to see what exchange options are available.
All sales are final on international orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the United States.
Contest winnings cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
