- Loss: If your package is lost in transit

- Theft: If your package is stolen after delivery

- Damage: If your package arrives damaged

LABL Protect does not cover the following:

- Claims for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to an error on the customer’s part

- Cosmetic damage
