DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

Sunwarrior ships domestic* orders using FedEx, UPS, & DHL services. To manage your delivery we invite you to create your own free, personal UPS My Choice®, FedEx Delivery Manager®, or MyDHL+ account. 

Sunwarrior ships to the address provided to us at checkout. However, some carriers may opt to hold your delivery at a pick-up location. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to control this and encourage you to work with the carrier directly by creating one of the accounts mentioned above.

NEW YORK RESIDENTS

Our commitment to compliance with regulations is paramount. With the enforcement of NY GBL 391-00,  we are obligated to adhere to the requirement of signature delivery for any dietary supplement asserting claims related to muscle building and weight loss.

Please note that an additional fee will be present for this method of shipping if your order contains a product of ours that falls under this regulation. We appreciate your understanding of our efforts to continue to provide our products to New York residents.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

We are not responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. The shipments become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. 

The shipping carriers are separate businesses from Sunwarrior and although we wish we could, we don't have the ability to coordinate each delivery or have full visibility of the shipment.

 As such, we're not able to control mistakes or errors of a third-party carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

For this reason, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. This will help to cover any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If any of those things occur, the insurance will be able to either refund you or place a new order on your behalf.

If shipping insurance is opted out of, the customer agrees that Sunwarrior is not responsible and will not send a free replacement.

*International orders (delivery outside of the US) are shipped utilizing a variety of carriers. Please refer to your shipment tracking notification for details on the carrier for your order.
