Damage During Shipping
We offer package protection through LABL Protect to cover damage that may happen to your package during transit.
We are not responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. The shipments become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer.
If shipping insurance is opted out of, the customer agrees that Sunwarrior is not responsible and will not send a free replacement.

Internal Damage
If a product arrives compromised and it was not incurred during shipping, please take a picture of the damage and contact our support team as soon as possible.
