Step-by-Step Instructions

Desktop/Mobile Browser:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the '⚙️Manage Subscription' tab in the account menu.
3. Click on 'Manage subscriptions' in the subscriptions menu (mobile: at the bottom of the page).
4. On the new screen, click on the active product you want to update.
5. On the new screen, click on "Swap this for a different product"
6. On the new screen, scroll or search for the product you would like to receive instead and click the blue 'Swap' button beneath the product picture.
7. Update any necessary details for the subscription, and click 'Save Changes'.
8. That's it!
