Yes! You may have as many products as you’d like on subscription. Please keep in mind that management of subscriptions is the customers responsibility, including but not limited to: processing dates, number of products, and frequency.

My subscription order shipped to an outdated address – what can be done?

Please enter your address information into your account with care. Addresses cannot be updated or changed once the order has processed. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their address is correct prior to their order processing.

The product I am subscribed to is out of stock. What happens now?

We strive our hardest to keep our products in stock for your subscription, but if there is an out of stock you will be notified by email which product is out of stock. Your upcoming order will not process until all the products included on it are ava

One of the products on my subscription is out of stock. Will the order still process?

No, the order will not process. When one product on a subscription order is out of stock, the entire order will be held until all products on the order are back in stock. If you’d like to receive the other products on your order and cancel or resched

I cancelled my subscription, but I still received my order – why is that?

If a subscription is cancelled after an order is processed, that order will still be shipped out. Per our subscription policy, we require a minimum of three business days for any modifications or cancellations.
