💡Be sure to check your order history in your account for multiple shipments before reaching out about missing items.
👉 Sometimes we fulfill different items in your order from different locations. In this case you'll receive at least 2 tracking numbers, so it's important to ensure you follow along with all shipments related to your order.
To report missing items from your order, please contact our support team with your order number and the missing item(s).
Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake and you do not receive the correct items in your order, please contact our support team with the following information:
- order number
- the item you ordered
- the incorrect item you received
- a picture of the incorrect item
