Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. However, once an order for a subscription has been processed, we cannot cancel it.

Important Details

• Sunwarrior requires any changes or cancellations to your subscription or upcoming subscription order to be made at least three (3) days before the next order processing date.
• 📨 We send an email reminding customers of their processing dates five (5) days before the scheduled ship date.
• The email notification is sent as a courtesy and it's ultimately the customer's responsibility to track and manage their subscription.
• We have developed automated systems to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. In rare circumstances, we may be able to provide additional assistance. Please contact our support team directly for more information.
