Sunwarrior will send you a reminder email five (5) days before your next subscription order is scheduled to be processed.

The email notification is sent as a courtesy and it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to track and manage their own subscription.

Note that all changes to subscription orders (flavor change, cancellation, etc.) need to be made at least three (3) days before the next subscription order processing date.

💡Ensure your email settings allow for Sunwarrior email communications to be sent to your primary inbox, where you will see them and can plan accordingly. 

💡Make sure Sunwarrior emails do not get routed to your Junk/Spam Mail folder as this happens frequently and customers may miss their notifications.
